A: You can reserve rooms as far in advance as you would like, the earlier the better in order to ensure there is space available for your event.

Q: May I arrange a tour of the space before booking?
A: We welcome and encourage you to come tour our facility prior to booking your event—or just to better acquaint yourself with the center as you plan future events.

Q: Do you offer discounted rates for non-profit organizations?

Q: If our conference is multiple days, where can attendees stay overnight?

A: We allow any outside caterer to serve an event at our facility.

Q: What events can be held at Provision Learning and Innovation Center?
A: We are open to any type of event at the Provision Learning and Innovation Center. This includes board meetings, corporate retreats, training classes and seminars, continuing education, networking events, holiday parties, receptions and more.

Q: Do your catering services accommodate for special dietary needs?
A: We encourage you to work directly with the caterer special dietary needs can be directly managed by you

Q: Are tables and chairs already supplied by Provision Learning and Innovation Center?
A: Yes, all furnishings are available and configurations include auditorium seating, classroom seating with desks, clusters of tables for small group gathering and board room seating.

A: Fees for renting space at Provision Learning and Innovation Center include the following:

  • Room setup and clean up
  • Audio, video and Wi-Fi
  • Desks and tables
  • On-site IT professional during regular weekdays
  • Reception and break room areas
  • Free on-site parking
  • Access to campus trail and outdoor areas

Q: Where is the conference center located?
A: The Provision Learning and Innovation Center is located at the Dowell Springs campus off Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville. It is near I-40/75 and the I-640 bypass, minutes from downtown.

Q: What are your conference room layout options?
A: Our furniture is mobile in the Volunteer, Middlebrook and Blount rooms most layout options can be configured

Q: Is there high-end technology already equipped in the conference center?
A: Depending on the room, we have large screen televisions with cable connection, conference call and video conferencing capabilities, projection capabilities, computer connections (in the computer lab) and Wi-Fi.

Q: What hours is the conference center available for rent?
A: Weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., but contact us if you need to make arrangements outside our regular hours of operation.

Q: Do you have parking?
A: There is plenty of free, on-site parking available adjacent to the center.

Q: Is the conference center a smoke-free environment?
A: Smoking is not allow in the Provision Learning and Innovation Center or on the Provision campus.
